If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your product subject to the terms below.

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 60 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated.

  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs - please email help@valoredlight.com

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 7–10 business days after receipt of the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at help@valoredlight.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
